By accessing or using DuoCue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DuoCue. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (voice recordings, performances). By sharing content on DuoCue, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate for a general audience.
• Contains spam, malware, or misleading information.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

5. Virtual Gifts

DuoCue offers virtual gifts that users can send to performers. Virtual gifts are purchased with real currency and are non-refundable once sent. Virtual gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through Profile → More → More Settings → Delete Account.

8. Disclaimers

DuoCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
